Although when you file
for Bankruptcy it is a public record it is not published in the paper. Unlike a foreclosure, which would be
published in the Grand Rapids or other local
newspaper, this does not happen in a Bankruptcy. If you file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Repayment
Plan your neighbors will not see it in the paper.
